本研究以NNK诱发小鼠多种免疫功能改变的实验模型,观察绿茶、复合茶和茶多酚的免疫调节作用。结果表明,三种茶制剂对NNK所致小鼠免疫功能的异常改变均有较好的保护效果。值得指出的是:三种茶制剂对NNK所致小鼠免疫功能异常的调节作用因免疫指标而异,具有双向调节作用。对外周血白细胞化学发光、脾抗体生成细胞数及迟发性变态反应的异常改变的调节作用是随时间延长而逐渐恢复到正常对照水平的;而对NNK所致腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和脾NK活性的异常增高或降低均能恢复到正常对照水平。作者单位:1 军事医学科学院放射医学研究所 北京市 100850,2 中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所参考文献 1 Preston-Martin S.
