摘要 采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核检测技术,分析测定不同茶类抗香烟烟雾水溶物诱变的效果.结果表明,各茶类茶叶都具有明显降低香烟烟雾水溶物诱发细胞微核率的作用,抗诱变效果为绿茶、乌龙茶明显优于白茶、红茶,而绿茶与乌龙茶及白茶与红茶之间差异不大;各茶类1∶50茶水比抗诱变能力强于1∶100茶水比;抗诱变效果与茶叶中儿茶素含量高低呈正相关.由此提示饮茶可能是吸烟与被动吸烟者抗烟毒的有效途径之一.
