茶叶经一次切后复筛出的4孔底仍并入本身路。分筛的筛网配置如上图。
毛抖:分筛出的4-7孔茶分别上抖筛机,初步分
茶叶的粗细,产抖出外形粗大的茶条与圆头茶和外形较细的筋梗。7孔筛号茶的抖头并入5、6孔筛号茶复科,4、5孔筛号的抖头入圆身路。抖筛筛网配置如表。
毛撩:分筛后的4-24孔茶经毛抖后要作撩筛(毛撩),高档要经过3次撩筛。筛网配置如表。
前紧门:4-6孔茶毛撩后复抖,也称前紧门,目的是抖去筋梗,分级取坯,提高纯度。筛网配置如表6。
复撩:前紧门后的4、5、6孔茶和剖扇后的7孔茶进行一次复撩,方法与毛撩同。
机拣:拣出较长的筋梗。用阶梯工拣梗机,第一格开沟大,二、三、四格开沟小。
